Joshua R. Meister
Joshua R. Meister has practiced law all over Northwest Arkansas since becoming an attorney in 2008. Besides Social Security Disability, Joshua concentrates his practice on criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law.
Joshua received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May, 2007 and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in April, 2008. Previously, he graduated from Oklahoma State University in May, 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. Joshua is also admitted to practice in front of the Social Security Administration.
Joshua is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and Benton County Bar Association.
Joshua attends Rogers Christian Church and is a member of BNI. He works with End Of The Road Acres, a non-profit to assist victims of violence and abuse.
Joanne M. McCracken
Joanne was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2001 and entered practice with Lingle and Fulcher, PLLC in Rogers, Arkansas. Joanne was granted admission to the Missouri Bar in 2002.
Joanne concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate work, municipal law, and civil litigation. Beyond her law practice, Joanne teaches Bankruptcy for Paralegals at Northwest Arkansas Community College. She is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas and the federal courts of Western Missouri.
Joanne M. McCracken graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in physics, then she attended the University Of Arkansas Fayetteville School Of Law and graduated cum laude in 2001. During law school, Joanne served on the student Moot Court, chaired the negotiations competition, and won an international writing contest for her paper on xenotransplantation.
Besides the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Joanne is a member of the Arkansas, Missouri, and Benton County Bar Associations.
Joanne also serves as city attorney for Garfield, Arkansas and Gateway, Arkansas.
